We may collect Personal Information utilizing various forms of technology such as cookies.  Our website may ask your internet browser to set a cookie and remember it in the future.  This technology attempts to personalize and improve the user’s online experience, while helping us to understand the demographics of our customers.  Users have the ability to examine cookies stored by their browser settings, and maintain or delete such settings.  


For certain services we utilize a third party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information.  We do not store your payment information.  


You may choose to provide information about your geographic location, which we may use to customize service and improve our mapping functionality.  


Website visitors interested in Regulation Explorer may choose to browse our website.  Visitors are not required to provide Personal Information, however we may gather non-personally identifiable information for monitoring and improving our website, products, and services.  Regulation Explorer will not share this information or use it for targeted advertising purposes.

Third party service providers assist us in delivering our product and services.  For example, we utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) for storage and database purposes.  AWS, and other service providers, may have access to your information for the purpose of providing the service we have contracted with them to provide.  Carefully reviewing the privacy policies of our third-party collaborators will help you understand how third parties use your information.  


In certain circumstances, we may be asked to preserve and/or disclose Personal Information for purposes of complying with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process, and employ reasonable measures to protect Personal Information and data.  


Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our website, products, and services are not meant for persons under 13 years of age, nor do we do knowingly collect information from persons 13 and younger.  If it comes to our attention that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a person under age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information as soon as possible.  If you believe that we have collected information from, or about, a person 13 years of age or younger, please contact us.


International Data Transfer

We do not currently permit use of our products and services outside of the United States.
